Lori and Ray Schaefer
Lori and Ray Schaefer have been investigating NA beverages extensively, learning about and sampling many NA beers, mocktails and wines, as well as making many mocktails. Lori and Ray previously owned Pairings Wine and Food in Winchester, selling it three years ago to concentrate on travel (so we thought) and grandkids. They visited over five hundred wineries over the years, emphasizing small, passionate wineries with fine wine with good value. Ray was a home beer maker before it became popular. They love to pair all types of beverages with all types of food, and in recent years have explored NA beverages as a way to reduce (but not eliminate) alcohol, while still enjoying a drink with dinner.
