REGISTRATION, SHIPPING, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please be aware that all course dates, locations, and prices are subject to change.
Registration:
For most classroom courses, students may register any time before the course begins, provided there are seats remaining. For most online courses, students must register 10 business days before the start date. Commonwealth Wine School reserves the right to take and use photographs during events for the purpose of marketing.
Cancelation & Refunds:
For WSET In-Person courses, no refunds will be given once a course begins. For online and Diploma courses, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. For other classroom courses any refunds given will exclude the cost of study materials if they have already been provided to the student. Commonwealth Wine School courses cannot be refunded within 7 days of the start of a course, unless for a documented health reason.
If Commonwealth Wine School must cancel or postpone a course, the student will be given multiple options which include: a full refund, transfer to a future course or transfer to an online WSET course. Consideration of a student request to transfer to a future course date will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Students may be asked to provide documentation as to why the transfer has been requested.
This policy will be available to students prior to booking.
Shipping:
Anything shipped by Commonwealth Wine School is the responsibility of the receiver. All materials will be shipped by Commonwealth Wine School using a trackable method. Once delivery is confirmed to the address given it is the receivers responsibility to ensure that it gets safely to them from the point of delivery.
