A Few of Our Favorite Things - Beer, Bacon and Bourbon! [Oct 16]

For many people, bacon is nearly irresistible food. The crispy, salty strips are stacked on breakfast plates, tucked into sandwiches, and wrapped around roasts worldwide. Incredibly tasty, bacon is also superb for beverage pairings. The savory flavor and meaty texture open it up to all sorts of possibilities, and we want to share a few!
Spend an evening with educator (and bacon fiend) Adam Centamore exploring just how versatile bacon-inspired combinations can be. Different morsels will be served, paired with beverages that go beyond wine! (Although wine will make an appearance, of course.) You'll learn the secrets of food pairing and how to create your own amazing combinations.
It's sure to be a night of delicious bacon-themed adventure. Beer, bacon & bourbon...what more needs to be said?
