Cider is one of the fastest-growing alcoholic beverages available today. More and more people are realizing just how complex, varied, and of course, delicious they can be. It goes way beyond fermented apple juice, however. Perry made from pear juice, jerkum made from sweet plums...there are so many different options to try!

Join food & beverage nerd Adam Centamore for an evening getting to know more about how these delectable beverages are made, how to serve them, and most importantly, how to drink them! To really emphasize how amazing these beverages are, Adam will serve them with incredible cheese and condiment pairings. Explore this up-and-coming world of adult beverages in the tastiest way possible!

You can choose to take this class in person at Commonwealth Wine School or online streaming through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in person class. A list of suggested materials will be provided for students who choose to join from home, prior to class so that you can taste along.
