Community Cider: Exploring the Apples in your Backyard [April 29]

Saturday, April 29, 6:30-8pm ET

Do you have an apple tree in your backyard? Learn how to tell what type of apple it might be, and what type of cider it could make if you chose to ferment it. We’ll cover how to properly care for your tree; from pruning, to pest control, and finally the harvest.

Throughout the class we’ll sample delicious ciders that are entirely grown and made in Massachusetts. Join Certified Pommelier™ Tim Powers as we explore the dizzying array of ciders that are grown and made in Massachusetts, as we explore the trees and orchards that are in our community!

Cost: $85 In-Person
