Join educator and writer (and culinary adventurer) Adam Centamore for an afternoon of European culinary adventure. You'll sample a variety of seasonal delights from across the continent. From cheese to charcuterie to sweets & treats, each will be paired with a wine that really makes the combination sing. While enjoying the pairings, you'll learn about each food, how it's made, and what makes it so special. Indulge yourself and head out for a Continental Holiday!
