As autumn temperatures begin to dip, join cheese educator (and cider aficionado) Adam Centamore and our very own Certified Pommelier™ Tim Powers for a celebration of harvest season with some of our favorite seasonal cider and cheese pairings.
From the bold and brash flavors of British cider paired with an earthy, authentic cheddar to the bright and refreshing notes of Spain's Basque country Sidra matched to the deep, plush tones of the regional sheep cheeses, there are so many ways to enjoy these sublime combinations. You'll even experience some incredible pairings from right here in Massachusetts! It's going to be an evening of stellar sips and incredible pairings.
