Easy, Cheesy Appetizer and Wine Pairings! [August 25]

Entertaining is a lot of fun, and a lot of work. Preparing for an afternoon or evening of hosting requires a lot of attention planning, and that certainly includes food and drink! What if we told you there are appetizers out there that are easy to make, seasonally scrumptious, and involve everyone's favorite food - cheese? Not only do they exist, but they are also perfect companions to that glass (or two) of refreshing summer wine everyone is enjoying.

Join culinary educator and writer (and snacker extraordinaire) Adam Centamore for an evening of appetizing fun! You'll sample different cheese-based appetizers that are easy to make and feature seasonal ingredients - perfect for summer entertaining. Each will be expertly paired with a wine that will bring out the sunshine all season long. Recipes will be provided. ***Please note, this is not a cooking class. Appetizers will be made ahead of the class.***

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. If you would like your kit shipped to you, please pay for shipping here. For those who choose to register for the online class only, tasting lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
