Introduction to Non-Alcoholic (NA) Beverages [April 29]
Friday, April 29th, 6:30-8pm
Non-alcohol (NA) drinking is growing rapidly, for many reasons: cutting back or even eliminating alcohol for health reasons, to sleep better, for pregnant women, and especially to drink socially without the negative effects of too much alcohol. For many people, drinking is all about the ritual, not necessarily about the alcohol.
NA business is prospering, with many new choices and ideas. Whatever your plans for NA drinking, or if you're just curious, this class will introduce you to a wide range of NA beverages. You'll sample beers, mocktails and wines, and learn about the different types of choices for each category.
Some NA beverages are good replacements for alcoholic beverages, others taste great in their own right and others you may not care for. It's always subjective, so come and try for yourself. You'll leave equipped with knowledge you can use to make good NA choices.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or you may choose to purchase your NA beverages and take the class through Zoom.
