L’Apero! The Sips and Snacks of Apértif Hour [July 12]

Nobody does happy hour like the Europeans. Whether it's France's snack hour called goûter to Milan's festive, cocktail-laden l'apero, there are so many ways to celebrate the end of the work day and get the evening rolling.
Join educator (and happy hour advocate) Adam Centamore for an evening exploring all these amazing traditions. You'll try a variety of sips and snacks served at Italian enotecas, Spanish pinchos, French caves à bar, and more while learning what makes these places and traditions so special! To make sure the lesson is learned, you'll go home with ideas and recipes you can use to turn your next gathering into your own L'Apero!!
