Love is Never Wrong - Desserty Things & the Wines that Love Them [February 10]

Saturday, February 10, 6:30-8pm ET

Legend suggests Valentine's Day was named for a priest who was martyred in the 1st century by Roman emperor Claudius II Gothicus for writing "from your Valentine" to his jailer's daughter. The whole kissy-face romantic thing didn't even come into the picture until the 14th century. Today, the holiday oozes sappy sentiments and gooey gestures.

This Valentine's Day weekend, forget the awkward sonnets and discount flowers. Whether flying solo or "à deux", spend a night enjoying what really matters - dessert and wine pairings. Join educator and writer (and worst cupid ever) Adam Centamore for a delightful romp through the world of dessert and wine pairings that go way beyond just morsels of chocolates. You'll indulge in all sorts of sweet treats expertly paired with wines in ways that will have you forgetting all about that little winged weirdo. Cupid who?
