Mastering the Classics [April 9]

Saturday, April 9, 6:30-8pm ET

Drink wine long enough, and you'll hear names like Chianti Classico, Rioja, and Champagne. Eat enough cheese, and you're sure to come across names like Stilton, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Camembert. They are world-famous because they are absolute classics, still around after years (even centuries) of being made and enjoyed. Even though just about everyone knows these wines and cheeses, not everyone knows what makes them so special, or have even tried authentic versions! It's time to change that.

Join food & wine educator and history buff Adam Centamore for an evening of tasting some of the true masters of the culinary world. You'll sample authentic versions of some of the most beloved foods in the wine and cheese world while learning about their fascinating histories and legends, paired together in ways that are historically delicious!

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine and cheese tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.

$49 Online / $100 In Person
