The island nation of New Zealand, though relatively small, features varying climate, ideal soils, and a wide range of topography - all the ingredients needed to produce fantastic, world-class wines. Explore the islands, north to south, in this class. We’ll study the characteristics of each region that results in the particular styles of wines produced, and taste our way through the country!
