Summertime is sippin' time. What better way to beat the heat than with a refreshing cocktail or two? The bright, sassy flavors of a well-made concoction make it seem like the fun in the sun will never end...

When it comes to summer cocktails, gin reigns supreme. Loaded with floral notes and a delightful herbaceousness, this classic spirit is a favorite for thirst quenchers all season long. But look beyond the ubiquitous gin & tonic. It's time to learn just how amazingly versatile and tasty gin cocktails can be. Join educator and writer (and mixology aficionado) Adam Centamore for an evening of gin cocktail creation. You'll learn about the different styles of gin, the spirit's fascinating history, and perhaps most importantly, how to whip up three different gin-based recipes that are quick to the glass and oh-so-satisfying! Recipes will be sent ahead of time. Feel free to mix along, or just pour yourself something tasty and go along for the ride. It's sure to be an evening of gin-based adventure, so come sip summer gin cocktails!
