Summer Wine and Cheese Pairings! [July 22]

Ahhh, summertime. The weather is fine, the days long, and the eating & drinking...never better. What better way to enjoy all the spoils of the season than with amazing food and wine?
Join wine & cheese nerd (and Flamingo Kid) Adam Centamore for an exploration of the best wine and cheese the summer has to offer! You'll sample an array of delectable cheeses and condiments from Europe and the States, perfectly paired with seasonal wines in combinations that will keep the sun shining for a long, long time. You'll learn why these tasty morsels are top-notch choices for your summer picnic table, how to serve them, and how to create pairings at home that will keep the good times rolling.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. If you would like your kit shipped to you, please pay for shipping here. For those who choose to register for the online class only, tasting lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
