Turkey, like any wine region, has various areas of unique terroir, resulting in a number of delicious styles of wine. In this class we’ll find out how Turkey plays host to lesser known local varietals and blends, where they’re best cultivated and what regional foods pair well. Join instructor Hannah Morrow as she guides the class through a selection of wines along with culinary offerings from local Turkish-influenced restaurant Sofra
