Join wine & cheese educator Adam Centamore for a focused tasting of the wines, cheeses, and condiments that make northern Italy home to some of the most revered foods and wines in the world. From the Parmigiano Reggiano and Lambrusco of Emilia-Romagna to Piave Vecchio and the gloriously rich ripasso wines of Veneto, you’ll learn about the amazing offerings of one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary centers in the tastiest way possible.
