Wine and Chocolate Pairing [February 17]

Come revel in the magical match that is wine and chocolate! Join wine educator and chocolate connoisseur, Erika Frey, on her quest for the perfect wine and chocolate pairings. This class will explore the fundamentals of wine tasting, chocolate production, and pairing food and wine together. Erika will select a spectrum of wines and chocolates for sampling, and she will suggest some of her preferred partnerships. You will be also encouraged to experiment and find your own favorite wine and chocolate companions.
