Wine, Cheese and Charcuterie

Friday, February 5th, 6-8pm

Pairing wine and cheese is a no-brainer. Cocktail parties and small gatherings everywhere reaffirm their delicious compatibility. What could possibly make this marriage even tastier? Charcuterie! The rich flavors and textures of cured meats have the ability to take wine and cheese pairings to the next level, and we're here to prove it.

Join food & wine educator (and secret bacon addict) Adam Centamore for an evening turning deelish duos into tasty trios with wine, cheese and charcuterie pairings. You'll enjoy a selection of cheeses and cured meats from around the world, expertly paired to really show off how enjoyable the combinations can be. Of course, amazing wines will be served with each combination to round out the pairings. You'll learn the secrets to creating killer combinations at home, how these morsels are made, and how best to enjoy them. From pâté to Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto to Pinot Noir, there's a world of incredible wine cheese, and charcuterie pairings to explore!

This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own wines, cheeses and charcuterie, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
