Wine, Cheese, and Charcuterie [Nov 12]

Saturday, November 12, 6:30-8pm ET

We’ll never get tired of pairing wine with cheese, but when it’s time to really kick things up a notch, adding charcuterie is the way to go. Pates, terrines, cured meats...all delicious, all superb companions for wine and cheese.

Join educator (and charcuterie addict) Adam Centamore as he presents delicious combinations of meats, cheeses and wines. As you taste you’ll learn why each pairing works so well together and ways you can prepare an unforgettable spread for your next event!

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine , cheese, and charcuterie tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.
