We’ll never get tired of pairing wine with cheese, but when it’s time to really kick things up a notch, charcuterie is the way to go. Pates, terrines, cured meats...all delicious, all superb companions for wine and cheese.
Join educator (and charcuterie addict) Adam Centamore as he presents delicious combinations of meats, cheeses and wines. As you taste you’ll learn why each pairing works so well together and ways you can prepare an unforgettable spread for your next event!
