In this class series you will learn about wine characteristics from the world's premier wine growing regions through comparison and contrast as we taste our way round the world.
Wine Odd Couples = The Perfect Pairing is a unique and fun-loving wine class in which we explore wines that are both complementary yet contrasting in character arising from the fact that they are grown a world apart, yet together at the dinner table they perfectly pair as a dynamic dinner party duo!
At each class we will taste the highest quality archetypal examples from 2 classic wine appellations to explore both the similarities and differences, all leading to delightful insights as together we discover the subtle, nuanced, bold or surprising qualities of 6 wines from various fascinating geographical places, opening your mind to new perspectives and riveting wine personalities.
This class is designed to further your consumer wine knowledge and create ease of enjoyment for all!

Santa Barbara + Bordeaux - In our third class we will taste several wines from Santa Barbara, CA followed by an assortment of wines from the region of Bordeaux!
