WINE SCHOLAR GUILD FAB 15: A Power Tasting Of The Best of France, Italy, and Spain [Dec 10]

The Wine Scholar Guild is one of the leading providers of wine education and specialized wine programs. Over the course of 15 years, the Wine Scholar Guild has enabled committed students of wine to master the knowledge of three leading wine producing countries in the world: France, Italy, and Spain.
Join Erika Frey, Jo-Ann Ross and Jessica Sculley (long time Wine Scholar Guild Instructors) as they showcase 15 wines from each of the three WSG focus countries. These wines will represent the quintessential expression of craftsmanship and terroir.
The 15 wines we will sample are:
SPANISH ESSENTIALS with Erika Frey: Cava (Penedes), Albarino (Rias Baixas), Tempranillo (Rioja), Garnacha (Aragon), Sherry (Jerez)
ITALIAN ICONS with Jo-Ann Ross: Franciacorta (Lombardia), Soave (Veneto), Barolo (Piemonte), Brunello di Montalcino (Toscana), Vin Santo (Toscana)
FRENCH HISTORY with Jessica Sculley: Riesling (Alsace), Vouvray (Loire), Bourgogne Premier Cru (Burgundy), St. Emilion Grand Cru (Bordeaux), Chateauneuf du Pape (Rhone)
This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own wines, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
