Wines of Armenia [November 20]

Saturday, November 20th, 7:00-8:30pm

Nestled in the Caucasus Mountains, Armenia is considered to be one of the earliest places where wine was made, with archaeological evidence going back as far as 6,000 years ago near the village of Areni. This class will explore the climate, soils, grapes and traditions of this ancient wine region. Join Marina Giordano and special guest Simon Baiatian of Storica Wines as we explore sparkling, white and red wines of Armenia.

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option.
