You Can't Be Serious - Making a Case for Drinking Whites All Winter Long [Jan 8]

Friday, January 8th, 6-8pm

Drinking white wine in the dead of winter might seem just a bit crazy. After all, it's freezing outside, there's snow everywhere, and the last thing you want to sip on is a refreshing, crisp white wine...or is it? What if a case could be made for doing just that?

Join wine educator (and white wine enthusiast) Adam Centamore for an evening sipping white wines that hit the spot on cold winter nights. You'll sample an array of wines from around the world that are perfect for your mid-winter meals or just sipping on the couch. You'll learn what makes these so special and the best way to serve them. Small bites will be suggested to show just how amazing these wines are at food pairing as well.

Forget the whole 'big, bold reds in winter' thing. Spend an evening learning why we're serious about drinking whites all winter long!

This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own wines, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
