Mountain cheesemaking cultures are some of the oldest in the world. For centuries, dairy farmers have made cheese as a way to preserve milk for consumption during the lean month, resulting in some of the best cheeses in the world. Rich, dense alpine cheeses are full of flavor and incredibly complex. The wines of these regions are just as magnificent. Intense and flavorful, they are the perfect companions.

Let's give these glorious delicacies their due. Join wine & cheese educator (and alpine specialist) Adam Centamore for an evening learning about all the alps have to offer. You'll try amazing high-altitude cheeses from the Jura in France, the Italian Alps, the rolling pastures of Switzerland, and elsewhere while learning why they are so special while sipping on incredible wines from these same regions, perfectly paired with each bite in ways that would make the Von Trapps proud. It's a special chance to experience a wonderful wine and cheese culture. The hills are alive with Alpine wine and cheese!
