The allure of a sweet treat is nearly irresistible, made all the better when paired with just the right beverage. Pairing wine with dessert can be a bit tricky, however. The wrong choice can make your slice of chocolate cake tasty metallic and, well, kinda gross. When done right, desserty things and wine are a spectacular combination.
