Come revel in the magical match that is wine and chocolate!  Join wine educator and chocolate connoisseur, Erika Frey, on her quest for the perfect wine and chocolate pairings. 

This class will explore the fundamentals of wine tasting, chocolate production and pairing food and wine together.  Erika will select a spectrum of wines and chocolates for sampling, and she will suggest some of her preferred partnerships.  You will also be encouraged to experiment and find your own favorite wine and chocolate companions.

**We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination**
