During this class, the Commonwealth Wine School will transform into a French café overlooking vineyards, coastlines, cathedrals and castles. Sip on Champagne, Sancerre, Provence Rosé, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Sauternes, while pairing them with French cheese, chocolates, and other treats.
