Ever wonder if you could recognize the difference between an inexpensive and a higher priced Cabernet Sauvignon? How does Cabernet Sauvignon from France, Chile or Australia taste different from California Cab? And what is Cabernet Franc anyway? Explore these questions and more with wine educator, Erika Frey, in her brand new class - Comparing Cabernets.
You can choose to take this class in person at Commonwealth Wine School or online streaming through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in person class. A list of suggested wines will be provided for students who choose to join from home, prior to class so that you can taste along.
