Sangiovese: Italy’s Shining Star [March 6]

Saturday, March 6th, 6:30 - 8:30pm

Come join us for an in-depth dive into Italy's most well-known and most widely planted grape: Sangiovese. Sangiovese is the toast of Tuscany and with good reason. World-famous wines like Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano are on the international wine map because of this mighty powerhouse. This class will discuss the history and evolution of this noble grape and taste comparison of the classic styles and regions as well as other parts unknown. Open to all wine levels from novice to expert.

This class will be offered Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who choose to register for the online class only, wine lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
