Curious about Orange wine? Wondering how a red grape like Nebbiolo can be so light and yet so powerful? Skin lends far more than just its color to wine. In this class we will discuss the impact of skin maceration, or lack thereof, on a wine's outcome. Featuring six different wines, you will learn about the many decisions a winemaker must consider to create delicious, stable, and impactful wines.
This class will be offered Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who choose to register for the online class only, wine lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
